Perseus Kentamid
Perseus Kentamid is Inquisitor Lord Castis’ chief lieutenant. She serves as his face and his voice, and speaks with his authority in most matters.
She is middle-aged, in her mid-hundreds, and available records show that she has worked with Castis since she was very young. There is no record of her home world. Her manner is reserved and self-contained. She is not a psyker. She is competent with swords and an excellent shot.
She bears the two-handed blade Vindicame, which bears the crafter-markings of the legendary swordsmith Gesselt, but which is not listed in the Imperial Catalogue of his work. His last known destination was the Feral World Volonx, which leads some to assume that she was born a barbarian there. Discussion of this hypothesis has been sorely discouraged.
She recruited all of the player characters, who (as of the beginning of play) have not met Inquisitor Lord Castis.
