"Revel" Duarte, a chemistry grad student at Berkeley, whipped up a killer batch of brown acid in the lab one day that freed his mind... he is now very telepathic (he can't easily shut off the constant din of voices in his head) and very insane (rightly so). Spends most of his days in a pot haze that keeps the mind dull and the voices a whispering babble. Revel seeks to bring about an Age of Aquarius by heading to Atlanta and dumping his formula in a vat of CocaCola, thereby creating a Brotherhood of Man... trouble is he can't get the formula... exactly... right... anymore...
