A mean, wiry, thirty-something ex-con and redneck. His redeeming qualities are his loyalty to family and friends and his burning desire to do right by America. Although that occasionally gets him into trouble. Somewhere along the line he learned how to read the stories told by the American HighwaySystem -- he's a kind of American feng shui master, in his own way.

He grew up with his brother WaylanBeulay and his parents MommaBeulay and HomerBeulay, in the hills of East Tennessee. His daddy worked in the CoalMine.

He is now happily retired to KeyWest, where he hits on beach bunnies and tells rambling stories about the time he and Black "ascended ourselves a new King of America." He is also busy raising DannyGreer's kids.
