The Naked Goddess is the object of worship for the SectOfTheNakedGoddess. She isn't as related to the various female figures of power as we thought.

We suspect that she's affiliated with the Silverites. She is the current Avatar of TheHighPriestess.

It now seems pretty clear that the Naked Goddess ascended to the Arcanum and pushed out the previous holder, who was DorothyGale/WickedWitchOfTheWest or some such. [Jere]
