Various factions, including the LeagueOfGoodRoads, attempted to create a Moonchild in their attempts for OccultKingship. We seem to find this also in attempts to create an avatar of TheMoon.

This follows in the path of Aleister Crowley (and his disciple JackParsons), and of course is reminiscent of the BeastOfGlamis.
