The RadioGuyinMexico said they spent the next twenty years fighting a subterranean enemy that didn't exist. The group was reportedly dissolved after Reagan was shot. "All the mind-controllers went into televangelism and network marketing and kids' TV," the radio guy told Danny. Tucker attempted to foil MONARCH's mind-control through trepanation performed by the EyeBitingMan.
