The two cities we care about in Louisiana are NewOrleans and BatonRouge -- NewOrleans cause it's freaky, and Baton Rouge because HueyLong ruled there.

Louisiana became part of America in 1803 and was admitted to the union in 1812. (And again in 1868.) Governor Long started building roads across the state, bringing it into the modern era, soon after his election in 1928.
