Twin conjoined hermaphroditic stillborn fetuses in a jar, which MickeyBlackNys may or may not have spotted during his jaunt to LasVegas. Mickey believed (inaccurately) that he blew His/Her Majesty to kingdom come (pun intended) when he tossed his explosives-laden jacket on the floor of the vault beneath CaesarsPalace in which they were kept.

The King and Queen are the still born children of DorothyGale and product of the ritual performed by the original LeagueOfGoodRoads on the first FerrisWheel at the 1893 ChicagoFair. They represent the alchemical marriage of gold and silver and were Coxey's attempt to find a "third way." Thirty-three years later, in 1926, JacobCoxey and BarronCollier performed the thing's coronation in Florida. Backlash from the ritual (or interference by their enemies?) caused a hurricane, destroyed the land boom Collier had engineered, and drove both men mad. The King and Queen disappeared for a time, turning up in a travelling freak show during the 1930s called the CarnivalOfSecretKnowledge. BugsySiegel found it there and recognized its power; he used it to build his kingdom in Las Vegas. It changed hands occasionally over the years but never left Las Vegas. FrankCairo took it from the mad Howard Hughes in the 1970s.

As BenSiegel pointed out to LegalTenderCoxey before killing him, the King and Queen are Jacob Coxey's first "born" children (symbolically, if not biologically--it's not clear who their father was). This makes them Ben's great aunt and uncle or something, I think.

The siblings were wounded but not destroyed by Mickey's dynamite at Caesars Palace. Frank Cairo took them to LunaVista in an attempt to heal them. Ben reclaimed the siblings there and brought them back to DorothyGale at BurningMan. The King and Queen abdicated their throne to him in exchange for all his memories of his childhood. They didn't get to enjoy the memories for long, though. The Witch promptly ate them in order to ascend as TheMoon, taking on the dark crone aspect.
