The dry salt flats at El Mirage, California are a mecca to the madmen who try to set land speed records. The Bonneville Salt Flats are only useful a couple of times a year. El Mirage provides speed addicts with their fix the rest of the time.

The BlackGrail attempted an ascension ritual there some time ago. It involved Mary and the 333 wickedest men in California (including SonnyMundo). WaylanBeulay broke it up with about thirty men to go.
