A tall and tattoo-ed broad who was beautiful in 1996, but who is now beautiful beneath a veneer of passe. She is the bastard-daughter of FrankCairo, the King of LasVegas, and a Man With Whom You Do Not Fuck. Like MickeyBlackNys, she can weave Luck, and has done so in the past if only to piss people off. The rest of the group, besides Black, have not yet met her, although they think she and Black would make a great couple. Apparently she agrees, as she slept with Black in Vegas while he was drugged.

In KeyWest, Annabelle and her goons (Seminoles?) ambushed the group, and she entropomantically blasted BenSiegel.

In Ochopee, she exchanged disturbing words with Black.

In Memphis, she posed as a card dealer during a poker game in which Black was a player. She dealt him only royal flushes, even though Black had specific orders not to win. The game ended with Black up $12,400, and holding a broken bottle to Annabelle's throat.

In NewOrleans, she broke in on Black moments after he murdered RedCollins. She claimed she was there to help him, but Black shot at her anyway, and then dived out a window.

In LasVegas, she slept with a Pinkerton to get her hands on Black, slept with him, and then recruited him to kill her half-brother FrankCairoJr.

Black has every intention of killing her, should they meet again, and he is given the opportunity.

Oh, like that wasn't a trap! Black may be reckless, but he's not an idiot. He can read the writing on the wall. "Hrm, I wake up next to my WORST LIVING ENEMY who has CONVENIENTLY placed a GUN next to the bed. What a wonderful coincidence!" In LunaVista, she convinced Black to kill Frank Cairo, but failed to convince Black not to kill her. One out of two ain't bad. (Although she's probably not really dead.)
