He is in his early 60s, and is both a dismissive elitist and the quintessential Old Boy. Looks similar to Christopher Plummer: grayish white hair, muttonchops, with darker gray, bushy eyebrows. Unremarkable but undeniably imperious, with a vague air of superiority.

He is accompanied at all times by his personal secretary, the notorious Mr Gideon.
