Alterations: Trim the Masts to half height. removing the upper Main's. Above each mast, attach a Balloon, shapped to fit together, containing 10million cu feet of air. (Equivelent to a sphere 120' in radius). Would need ~2000yds of fabric (for double-layers). Fill the holds with tonnes of combustable gases.

- Fabric - silk: 5-10gp per yd. 1000 yards. Mr. Wellstone can certainly get a better "price", for some of this, at least.
- Fabric - canvas: 1-2sp per yard, 1000 yards.
- Labour - Seamstress/Sailmakers: 40 person-days or 40-80gp
- Labour - Carptentry/Rigging: 10 person-days or 20-40gp
