You can use Jammertech devices, whether in combat or out of it. You can make the constant little adjustments necessary to keep Jammertech working properly. You may also use your Jammertech AV as the basis for your Dodge and Parry ratings.
You know how to build, repair, and dismantle Jammer technology (although the last usually takes care of itself, given enough time). You may even be able to tell who made a particular device, since each piece of Jammertech is individually made. You know who the great scientists of the Jammers are.
You know the junkyards where the best Jammertech raw material is found, and you know the people who own them. You also know other practioners of the art/kludge/science that is Jammertech.
